My Approach To Your Therapy

I am a trained integrative counsellor, which enables me to look at any issues with a number of approaches, using Person Centred Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and TA (Transactional Analysis)

My role is to support you to explore your thoughts in a safe, non judgemental space, whether that is face to face, on line or during a walk and talk session.

I offer a safe and confidential space for you to explore any issues, worries or concerns you may have.

I specialise in loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, walk and talk therapy using the wonderful outside spaces, Pet bereavement and anticipatory grief.
